Qigong Course Description

 

Qigong, which is pronounced “Chi Kung” and is often spelt that way. Literally translated means “breath exercise”. It is the science of energy circulation in the body, it cultivates chi and transmits it to all the bodily organs. It was known in ancient China as “the method to repel illness and prolong life”. As such it manages stress and promotes healing. 

There are two courses a Beginners course and an Improvers course. Three different forms are taught on each course. Each form complements the others but they all deliver the same benefits.
